500 gr. (17.63 oz.) Tomato puree
These cherry tomatoes are cultivated in open fields and hand picked in the months of July and August. They are processed while still very fresh in the most artisanal way, slightly blenched and strained only a leaf of fresh basil is added but no salt.
They are then pasteurized. Be ready to enjoy the fragrance of freshly picked tomatoes and basil when you will open this bottle.
Try it on your pizza, on your pasta and why not as a refreshing summer drink!

Fresh hand selected basil leaves end in our best tomato puree. Simplicity and love meet in a sauce that will return you to basic traditions. This good and genuine sauce is pasteurized.
Ingredients: 91% tomato puree from Puglia, 0.3% basil, 5% extra virgin olive oil, 2% onion, 1% salt.

Tomatoes versions are doubling up in this scrumptious sauce! First there is fresh tomato cultivated in open fields according to our ancient traditions to yield a puree by the unmistakable tones. Then there is our typical sun-dried tomato, tasty as we only know how to make it, with passionate care and patience and a long production time of 130 hours. These two flavors combine the triumph of colors and flavors of the south! Warm it up and in five minutes the characteristic fragrances of the Salento region are unleashed. Great on pasta, pizza and even in winter you will feel like at the end of a sunny day in our Salento region.
